First Time Guest​

  • First Time Guest will be required to show a government issued ID to confirm birth year. Guest must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Guest under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Extra guest are not permitted.

​Arrivals 

Upon arrival please text 301-532-5576 to let me know you arrived. I will reply letting you know if you can proceed to the suite or remain in the car or waiting area. The restroom is located in the main lobby.  If need be, please stop pass the restroom before heading to the suite.  Your arrival time will start once you are inside the wax suite and ready for service. 

​Late Appointments

  • Guest will have a 5 minute grace period if running late. If 6 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. A late fee of $15 will be applied if late by 6 minutes. Please notify me if running more than 5 minutes late. (301) 532-5576

No Show appointments & Same Day Cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your appointment to avoid additional fees.

  • LATE CANCELLATIONS, *NO CALL NO SHOWS AND *LATE RESCHEULED APPOINMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN INCONVENIENCE FEE as the time slot was held solely for you. The inconvenience fee be 50% of the total appointment cost. 

​Same day rescheduled appointments

  • If your appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance you be subject to a 50% INCONVENIENCE FEE.  The inconvenience fee will be 50% of the total appointment cost. Unfortunately, the deposit is unable to be refunded or transferred as the time slot was held solely for you.

Advance Rescheduling

  • You are permitted 1 advance rescheduled appointment at no additional fee.
  1. Example 1- appointment is booked- appointment is then rescheduled in advance (no fee)
  2. Example 2- appointment is booked – appointment is rescheduled in advance – appointment is rescheduled in advance a 2nd time ( you forfeit your deposit, a new deposit is owed).

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for services.

We use hard wax for Brazilian & Underarm Waxing. Depending on the hair type we may use hard or soft wax for remaining areas. We uphold a NO DOUBLE DIPPING POLICY; ONE DIP PER STICK.
